    It is an internet usage plan offered by ISPs where the amount of data uploaded and downloaded on your account is limited. Account limits may be 50 GB. So, the first 50 GB of uploads and downloads are a set price. Any additional GBs of uploads or downloads cost a predetermined amount per unit. As more and more people get comfortable with uploading and downloading large files, ISPs have had to take on additional hardware costs.
