• Thanks, sucks for you. Did you have insurance yet? We got this ins when we bought my new van that if it is totaled they will cover the cost even if it's depreatiated.(yeah it's spelled wrong)lol;-}

• Yes I had insurance and it wasnt my fault but the lady that pulled out in front of me did not have insurance! I could strangle her, I had my 2 1/2 year old with me!

• OMG, are you all ok? That is horrible, so what did they say? Is there any hope of you being covered? Your ins will probably go up too, geez! My sister just had this happen to her, luckily the ins totaled her car and paid it off, but now she is stuck with no extra money and no car. She has no way to get a car now, it really is sad!

• Yeah my daughter is fine, she was just mad that she got woken up from her nap! lol! Im a little beat up from the airbag! Im not sure yet if my insurance will cover it, have to talk to them tomorrow!

• I wish you the best of luck, and don't just take "no" for an answer. I would be digging up your ins papers and studying them so you have a one up on them. My sisters house brunt down(she has really bad luck.lol) and they tried to tell her they wouldn't give her the amount the agreed to when they got the ins. My dad was able to go back and say "no, you told us we had to have this amount" they quickly turned around and handed them the right amount. They will probably try to do something to screw you over, just be prepared. And I am so glad to hear that neither one of you were badly injured, it could have been worse, so just keep thinking positively and you will be good!

• She's fine now, but still doesn't have a car and is going to school. Wow you are in luck that your uncle is probably gonna save your butt!lol Good luck and let us know. Give your baby a kiss, she will probably be sore tomorrow even though she wasn't hurt and could even have a bad head ache, I am sure her Mommy does too.;-}

• 2 years ago My car was totaled when I was hit bya truck that didn't see me stopped waiting for a car to turn left. 3 months later, my wifes car was totaled when a drunk driver hit it while it was parked in a parking space. Hope it all works out for you. ((hugs back))
