  • if you mean that extra flab under your jaw, you can do several excersizes which will help you annunciate better as well. open your mouth wide and make "lalalalala" sounds, while trying to tighten that muscle. it worked for me.
  • There could be a possibility of a mineral deficiency which also contributes to this. Try taking kelp which contains iodine. Over a period of time you may notice a change. It helps with one's metabolism also and plays an important role in any diet.
  • All body fat must be processed before use, so the only way to reduce chin fat is to reduce fat all over the body, and keep reducing until your chin is at the desired "thinness". Note about the iodine mentioned. It is an important thyroid supplement. If you are deficient, it could have a positive effect on your metabolism, but if not, it will have no effect on metabolism. Excess iodine can also be bad, so don't go over the recommended daily allowance without a doctors approval.

If you had excess weight elsewhere, I would say that you need to work on loosing weight in general. But since you are already skinny, loosing more weight probably won't help much and might be unhealthy. Sad to say, it sounds like you have a problem spot that won't respond to exercise. Cosmetic surgery might be your only option.

  • my mom always told me a good way to get rid of chin fat is to tilt your head straight back and look at the ceiling, once your head is back, thrust your jaw forward to tighten the muscles (if you cant figure out how to do that, try pulling your bottom lip over your bottom teeth) and then gently slap the area while its tight. at first, for about ten minutes, it will seem like your chin is bigger and stretched out, but it will tighten up shortly. she said it helps to break up the fat under there and allows your body to absorb it over time. hope this helps.
