It it's a tv-advertised wonderpackage it's way overpriced for what you get and no matter how good it is, it will only ever help if you get off the couch. But it's so much easier to stay put... To be honest. I am doing the hip hop abs workout and it is really good but you do need the whole package as you get a workout plan given to you which gets harder and harder as the weeks go on. Its a 4 week course but you can continue it after the 4 weeks if your still not wehre you want to be. I have been doing it for 4 days now and my stomach is hurting so i know it is working my muscles. I did it for 3 weeks last year and lost 4inches of my waist. So i woud go for the whole package if i were you and if you realy want to tone up or lose weight.
