Alot of the cost depends on the polularity of the event that you wish to attend. The most expensive sports include, Athletics, Figure Skating, and Basketball. These sports, along with the opening and closing of the games can easily jump into the 100's of dollars. Some of the lesser followed sports can be any where within the 10-20 dollar range. Now here is a great trick. There are several events that are always free-at least a portion of the action. These sports include the Marathon, Racewalking, Cross country skiing among others. Since these events are held outside of stadiums these events are a good choice for someone with no money to spend.
