use a cloth handkerchief, and check with a dermatologist to make sure nothing's wrong.

Keep the rest of your body cooler. 15% of your surface blood vessels are in your hands and forearms, for example, so if you wear short sleeves there'll be 10% more of your body exposed to the air and carrying heat away.

I always have a towel of some sorts handy for times like that. Or simply don't wear too many clothing articles.

Try to eat lighter foods such as salads, fruits, or other organic foods. Avoid heavy foods and a lot of carbs. Red meat also keeps the sweat coming, so try to eat less of that. Keep your face clean, and be well Hope this helps!

I don't have an answer for you but I just wanted to say that I have the same problem! It is especially bad when I'm nervous! Which is the worst possible time to happen because then I become self-conscious and then I sweat more! AND I sweat from the top of my head, so my hair get's messed up too! The best thing I could come up with was to always have tissues and dab (my face AND scalp) whenever I have a chance. Whenever I get to a place and I'm sweating, I find the restroom and wash my face and then let it air dry a bit before going back out into the world. Of course, this is no good if I'm wearing make-up! Anther thing that works with moderate success is spraying my face with an aerosol anti-perspirant. Yes, it sounds crazy but it does work...a little. I use it like hairspary. I hold my breath, spray from about 12 inches away and then put my make-up on. However, the best thing that has ever worked for me was getting in to shape! Yes, when I'm in good physical shape, my matabolism gets faster and I am less likely to sweat when I'm out and about doing everyday activities. I don't care how much I sweat when I'm working out, but I hate it when I get dressed up nice and then it all gets ruined because I'm in a hurry! Good luck!
