Yes, I have heard them, and I even have an album (Tabula Rasa, not of their classic period, though). They are an interesting band with a heavy industrial sound (their percussionist used very basic instruments such as bricks and metal, among other things. They are something like a punk version of Kraftwerk. Their singer, Blixa Bargeld, also is an artist and poet. Their best decade were the 1980s, but they are still good.
