The Wizard of Oz, a cult classic. As children, before VCRs and videotapes and cable, my family and I waited eagerly for the once a year (usually in March)that it would be shown and we could "stay up late." It was an event in our house. We would claim our seat before the black and white portable, and, finally, a few years later, the color console, and not move for two hours. The world, for a little while, was an enchanted land. Still, to this day 'The Wizard of OZ' is my favorite movie. To the Movie I would like to say: Thank you for scaring the living daylights out of me, you and your flying monkeys have given me many nightmares and MANY strenghts!
-
Only the part where the Witch tried to set the Scare Crow on fire.
-
Loved the movie (still do) but the flying monkeys freak me out.
