I imagine that a chemists shop or grocery store would carry them. Boots, Tesco, Sainsbury's, etc.

I used to work in a care home, we got our incontinence pads from the local supplier of health care aids ie tabards, gloves, special matresses. I recommend going to your nearest care home and enquire where their supplier is.

the doctor can refer you to a district nurse who supplies diapers for incontinence free of charge.
