There is no F150 aircraft. The F-15 is an Air Force plane, with some flown by the air forces for Japan, Israel, and Saudi Arabia as well, but none in the U.S. Navy. The only fighter currently in the Navy's inventory is the F/A-18.
Since when do Ford F150's need pilots to drive them? :)
If you mean the F-15, that is primarily a US Air Force asset, and therefore there are little or no US Navy pilots of that aircraft. Navy pilots can be found on F-14s and F-18s, however.
