The higher the tension, the more power. Accurancy depends on how good you are at the game.

While both power and accuracy are highly dependent on your skill level, a racquet strung at higher tension would require for you to hit a ball harder to generate as much power as a similar shot hit with a racquet strung at lower tension. However, higher tension also allows you to hit shots with more directional accuracy.

Perhaps irrelevant to the question, but if you are curious about how to generate more pace/power on your strokes, there are other factors that contribute to this aside from string tension. Namely, racquet balance/weight also affects it and as someone already mentioned, as well as racquet swinging speed. A head heavy racquet will generate more power from the racquet itself, thus would not require you to swing the racquet as fast or generate your own power from your arm. A head light racquet however will require you to swing the racquet faster .
