Definitely: green pepper and onion with a little fresh garlic and melted extra sharp provolone cheese on a long, "gutted" (scooped -out), Italian roll.
With this sandwich I can "multi-task": I eat the sandwich and feed the inside, doughy, white part of the roll to the birds. AND nothing is wasted.

I toast two slabs of white mountain bread, fry one completely mixed up egg with various yummy seasonings and put two pieces of cheese on each side of toasted bread, then I add a slice of tomato and add the egg in between.
I like to put mustard on one slice of toast. I like to add finely chopped onions to the egg mix and finally I add a few sheets of lettuce (not that iceberg nonsense on top of the tomato.
I have perfected this recipe.
Would you like to eat breakfast with me tomorrow?

No, not that kind of bun. The ones I get are on a circular roll and sometimes they have sesame seeds. I usually get American cheese on it.
