The train is movong at 100 km/h relative to *what*? Whatever it is travelling relave to, the bullet will be stationary rlative to the same thing. But in free space, thre are no absolute speeds, only relative ones (hence Einstein's theories being called Theories of Relativity.

ImAlec is right but incomplete. The bullet streaks off behind the ship at 100 km p/h behind the ship, and the ship picks up a tiny bit more speed from the equal but opposite reaction from the bullet. There is actually no difference between a moving space ship and a stationary one.
