You show up, or call, and give them your information and ask them if anything comes up. If so, they have to take action, and pursue an arrest.... if not, your obviously in the clear.

www.court.mo.gov/casenet Missouri Case Net lists all court cases in all counties in the state. However, some counties have cases listed from the 1980's, and some counties only have cases entered since 2000. Type in your name and after you click on the case, look under the service tab. This will only work for cases in which charges have already been filed.
