All of those as well as The UK. I like to refer to specif regions of the British Isles as to what they are known as. Scotland and Wales in particular are independent as far as I am concerned from those other terms.

England most of the time! But sometimes I call it the UK!

The UK isn't 'England'. England is a part of it. I call it, as a whole, Britain. But generally, I refer to the seperate countries. Which is what most people prefer, I know I do. I always think it's funny when people say they like 'British accents', meaning English ones.

england isn't uk it's part of it but england scotland wales and northern ireland make up uk !! i'd usualyy call it britain though !

I refer to each country by it's name, Wales England Ireland and Scotland never Britain or Great Britain. If I am asked what country I come from, when filling in an online form for example, and it only gives you the option of United Kingdom, that really bugs me. UK is NOT a country, I come from England.

Thats like saying:- wdyci: Behive, Honey, Bee? They are 3 differnt (though related) things! England is a country in Britain & Great Britain. Britain is normally called UK - Eng, N.Ireland, Scotland & wales. GB is as above, without Northern Ireland. Hope that helps!
