Is there anyway to get a home address from a P.O Box? What if it's an emergency?

the answer depends on the country in which the post office box is registered. In some nations it is not necessary to list a physical address to get a post office box and therefore impossible to use that as a step to locating the physical location of a person. In other nations it is possible. What country is your post office box in?

there may not be a home address. people on the move use a POBox for their mailing address. Only the USPostal Inspectors have access to that information. And even then the address onfile may not be accurate. many people get a pobox address before they move, and use their then current address for the information on the pobox application. or they get their mail at General Delivery, and then transfer to a POBox.
