I was a dishwasher for years, and thanks for the insult. Anyway, it was usually three on a shift. One at the sink, one on the autodishwasher, and a 'floater.' During down time, they can help with prep cook, clean, scrub, and do whatever 'dog' work you can find.

Depends on the size of the dog--either one or two mastiffs, or a couple dozen chihuahuas.
