Definatly! I've given water and a snack to strays before and I'd call the RSPCA if I was worried to was being hurt or something.

I can answer this without hesitation: Yes!

There was one time when I was younger I went to go fishing at a local pond and when I walked up there was a kid with a puppy that he was holding underwater, well needless to say it was almost the first time I got arrested because I beat the ever-lovin-cr*p out of the little SOB. I was holding him underwater when my friend got there and pulled me off! My friend kept the puppy and had him for years and yes they named the dog Lucky

yes i would, i couldnt help but get involved, i cant see anything or anyone suffering and not try to help.
-
most definatly yes.i wouldn't be able to live with myself if i did nothing.

I did exactly this one day on a call. The dog had been chained to a tree. going around in circles, caused the dog to be about 10 inches from the street and stranded. the chain had severed his neck in three places, all the way down to the exposed bone. I gently tied another rope to its collar and cut the other free. animal control arrived and took the dog to a shelter and vet. The owner was cited for cruelty to animals.
-
Hell yeah.Discreatly of course.Call the dog pound.
-
Yes, and the person that was abusing the animal would wish they had never been born. I caught some teenage boys attacking a cat once. They will never do it again.
-
Yes. As a matter of fact I am currently conspiring to liberate my neighbor's Jack Russel terrier. The dog is pure bred, beautiful, and lives outside, never is let inside, in a very skinny strip on the side of the house, his water is never freshened, the last time I looked in the bucket, there were maggots floating in it and mosqito larvae. The only up-side is that every now and then the dog breaks out. I have a plan. I am hoping that the next time he breaks out, that I will remove his tags and take him to a wealthy neighborhood a few miles away...where they will appreciate owning a frigging thousand dollar dog. I am just a little (not enough to prevent me from carrying out the plan) scared of losing my bar license for committing a crime. I am more concerned that if I make a complain to animal protection, that then my name is on the record and I won't be able to carry out the plan the next time I get the opportunity.
-
No doubt i would. as a matter of fact i have. the people three doors down had a dog tied to a swingset and the poor pup had got so tangled that it could have strangled itself and it never had water and the people were never home. so me and my sis in law called the animal control or whatever you call it and they came out and saw how bad it was a took the dogs away to P.A.W.S
-
Absolutely. My father took a dog from someone who had abused his dog in this very manner.
-
Without a second thought!! I have taken animals in the past from abusers and threatened to kick the crap out of them if they wanted to say anything about it. My mom was famous for this.
-
I would and I have, that's how I ended up with my Spencer Monkey! He's the love of my life, he weighed only 1/2 lb, skin & bone & covered in fleas. Now he's about 10 years old, fat & happy 10lb chihuahua/minuture pincher mix living in a VERY loving home.
-
yes i would and i have on more than one occassion
-
I would get some bolt cutters and free the poor thing to take home and look after him.
