It seems to go in cycles..weeks go by and we don't eat any..then I get on some kick..tacos, beef-dip sandwiches, roast beef, and we're off and running..it usually coincides with sales at the market! :) Have some New York Sirloin Steaks in the freezer..regular price was $9.95/lb..they were on sale for $3.98/lb..my son will be visiting us from Honolulu June 2..I also have shrimp in the freezer and ground sirloin, just in case I'm in the mood to cook up a storm! :) Happy Tuesday! :) ((hugs))

I try to refrain from eating meat too often. Once a week should be enough, but sometimes I lose control and have an extra burger.

I would say at least 2 to 3 times a week. We like it in things mostly, like tacos or spaghetti sauce. Then it's usually ground beef, though. Last night we had slow cooked BBQ beef ribs, and boy were they good! Often we have chicken or even occasionally fish(but my hubby doesn't like fish.)

Not often. It's not our favorite. We will buy big cuts of meat and grind it ourselves much more often than buy steaks or other larger cuts. We also do make our own corned beef. Maybe beef 1-2 times a month.
