I've gotten to where I can control my urges to eat. I drink water, chew some gum. I used to eat anytime I thought I was hungry...and I got up to 235 lbs! I've lost over 80 lbs on Weight Watchers.

Depends on what I'm doing at the time. Right now I can feel myself getting hungry, but I need to go to the store, so eatting is just gonna have to wait.

I don't like that feeling at all. I carry energy bars and a small container of raw almonds with us at all times..just a bite of a high-protein bar will suffice..just a handful of raw almonds takes care of that gnawing sensation. :)

I tend to ignore the hunger pains. I have enough to deal with, anyway.

I eat. Eating isn't bad for you... it's what you eat and the amount that should be monitored. :)

I usually find a little something to eat. I don't like the feeling of hunger, though if I am doing without food for some reason, like I was when I fast or cleanse, it's easy to ignore.

I don't tend to feel hungry that often, if I'm hungry I don't usually know it until I get a splitting headache and become a little cranky... then I realise that I haven't eaten and grab something... but if i see something that I like, like cake or buiscuits then I'm probably going it eat even if im not hungry...
