That I have been to personally: The Oregon coast and the Olympic Penninsula in Washington state. That I want to go: Bamff, Canada and most of Alaska.

In the US truck drivers rated the drive on I70 westbound out of Denver as the most scenic. I have done this and it can be breathtaking. The Eisenhower Tunnel is something to see.
