I'm not quite sure but have you tried explaining your situation to the mortgage company that caused you to get behind. If it was through no fault of your own such as you had a significant loss of income or were going through some health issues or had unexpected expenses for a legitimate purpose they may be willing to work with you in saving the house and possibly even lowering the monthly payment to a point that you could afford it. Give them a call or e mail them and see if there is anything that can be done to stop the process You would be surprised at what can be done even this late in the game.

Some have no choice but to walk away from mortgages. Are they allowed to pay the money they owed years later when they can afford it?

i was in forclosure to but i changed everything around i worked will this agent anthony and he helped me out big time i modified my loan into a low fixed interst rate and i was able to stay in my home with no problem, thanks to anthony he saved my house and he can save yours to his email is amartino@yourama.com good luck
