im always paranoid, even at a xmas pantomime i get really jumpy when everyone shouts "he's behind you"

I've never actually felt paranoid....you know, not at the very moment, if you know what I mean. I've always had to be told that I'm paranoid by my parents, my doctor, whatever. I have to be told that believing that everytime someone is nice to me is all part of an elaborate scheme to lure me close enough to destroy me in whatever way possible....is paranoid. I don't consider it to be paranoid, but apparently other people do.
