I'm not an expert, but I'd say water because it is natural and in it's purest form. Gatorade isn't bad. The electrolytes help (I guess?) I don't know, I tend to think there is a lot of hype with fitness drinks when water suffices just fine.

My vote goes with water.

The electrolytes help prevent you from getting cramps with Gatorade.
-
i'd say water, just because gatorade is... wait, its a tie.
-
You only need gatorade if you are exercising for a long time and sweating heavily. Otherwise water is better.
-
I would say water cause it dosn't have anything in it. Gateraid has sugar and calories I would go wit water
-
drink water WHILE jogging then gateraid after.
-
it depends how intense your workout is. if you are sweating a lot then go for gatorade.
-
Water, Gatorade is better after you jog, when you're body needs electrolytes. Even better than electrolytes are bananas, which contain potassium, an electrolyte and coconut water, which you can find in cans in the Asian foods section of the supermarket or at Asian supermarkets.

WHEN you are jogging water, but why are you drinking something while jogging? that will decrease your enudrance because you will have irregular breathing patterns. drink it afterward
