I found a little pill w/the letter A on one side and the number 3 on the other, any ideas of what it could be?

"I'm finding only two pills with this imprint in the databases. One is round and pink. It's some antihistamine and guaifenesin combo, so the pill would be quite large. The other is oblong and white. It would be small since it's a diuretic. But this particular tablet is discontinued. That's it unless the pill is something very new and not yet documented."
