Is portal traveling possible by energizing ones atomic structure and later transported by signal from a sender to a receiver and later energized back to its original self similar to what you see in Star trek.

What does 'energize' mean here? It's a meaningless word dreamt up by a (brilliant) scriptwriter back in in the mid-1960s. A serious analysis of the transporter problem is given in the book 'The Physics of Star Trek' by physicist Lawrence Krauss, where he considers hyperdrive and other proposed futuristic technology. He points out some very serious theoretical obstacles to teleportation (by beaming atoms), based on what is currently known in physics.

It has been done with a photon if I am not mistaken. The word energizing is suspect.
