I felt horrible. I was 14 and I felt really bad for not pursuing our relationship further. I think that's why I'm not that scared to take that leap of faith to advance in relationships, you never know what will happen.

actually when i was younger the guy i crushed on was one of my best friends and he went into the army. i remember "the day he graduates is the day he no longer means anything because he'll never come back" the day he graduated, i said goodbye, gave him a hug. went home. cried. went to school the next day. and life moved on. he has only come back a few times. i think he's doing well from what i remember, but no he doesn't mean that to me anymore
