Use a clean washcloth and the hottest water you can stand, hold it on the pimple. This will help open the pore. Then wash your face with a natural glycerin soap containing oatmeal.
Using all these different creams and lotions are actually hard on your skin. Some actually clog your pores and/or dry your skin.
Washing your face twice a day (morning and night) is probably the best thing you can do. Use one of those mineral make-ups if you use make-up. Keep your hands off your face as that's where all the bacteria is.
A natural soap should not contain any additives or perfumes, which can irritate your skin. Oatmeal helps to soften it.
You can also do the washcloth method on other areas of your face to open up pores, or you can put your face over a pot of steaming water. Then wash and pat dry. Don't rub.

Put pee in a pan and boil it over medium heat for 5-6 min. Then rub it over your pimple, and wash your face well. Otherwise you stink! The acids in the pee can help to clear pores, and loose pimples quick.

dont listen to people who say dont pop your pimples, me and my family have popped ours over the years, and that is the fastes way to get rid of a pimp. toothpaste is a good method pop the pimp but dont not rake, then take rubbing alcohol and press and rub slowly over pimple. a hot compress is also a good way. get a hot bowl of water, so hott til it steams, and put your face over it for 10 mins so it will open up the pore , then pop!

First, take a dose of ibuprophin if it hurts or throbs. Pimples are red and painful because the tissue is swollen. Using an ice pack helps to reduce the swelling as well.

Second, be patient. DO NOT SQUEEZE, PICK, OR DIG. You will only tear up your skin and make it easier to get a nasty infection. If you don't have any pimple treatment (Clinique makes the BEST acne line www.clinique.com) toothpaste (the actual paste kind, not gel) will work in a pinch. Apply it at night and let it dry overnight.

If the pimple comes to a head, apply a warm compress to it for 3-5 minutes. Then, using 2 q-tips, gently apply pressure to the base of the pimple. If nothing comes out, stop. The pimple is not ready to be extracted. If it does burst, clean the area with a warm washcloth, apply a triple antibiotic ointment, and wash your hands thoroughly (pimples carry staph, not good to spread around!). Continue applying the anti-biotic ointment until it clears up.

I use Nutribiotic Natural First Aid Skin Ointment -- from the health food store -- it usually clears them up before they have a chance to open on the surface of the skin. (At least, for me).

    Lemon juice wash

Wash with hot water and a facial brush or washcloth. Squeeze a fresh lemon into a small bowl and put the juice on a cotton ball. Apply cotton ball to face. Repeat soaking of cotton ball in lemon juice as needed. Let lemon juice dry on face for about 10 minutes then rinse with cool water. The lemon juice should make your face sting or mildly burn. For sensitive skin, dilute juice with filtered water.

Once the skin is regenerating (after two weeks using gentle, natural treatments) you may want to add a stronger facial exfoliant. Many cosmetic manufacturers produce Glycolic acid formulas (15 percent strength). Avoid products that contain heavy moisturizing ingredients and alcohol. Glycolic acid helps loosen or break up the outer layer of the skin and prevents excessive build-up of dead skin cells.

Vitamin A derivatives (retinoids) - topical vitamin A acid - normalizes the way skin grows and sheds and stabilizes the openings of pores. It also creates an unwelcome environment for bacteria. Retin-A and other retinoids in cream or gel are available by prescription only. Side effects include red skin and peeling, and sun sensitivity. Do not use during pregnancy.

Slap some baking soda, oatmeal, vinegar, lemon, toothpaste even strawberry on a pimple and it will start to dry up. Hot compresses and gentle prodding can get the puss out. Many people frown on this method, but it worked for me with no bad results. Once the pimple is in that stage, it's already done harm to the pore anyway.

Get some drawing salve (ichthamol) at your pharmacy. You may have to ask the pharmacist; they don't sell much of this and one tube might last the rest of your life, but it really works. Put it on under a Band-Aid.

I'm not sure about a fast way, but the best household product to use on a pimple is soap. Wash it thoroughly (but gently) with soap and warm water and pat dry. That'll usually get rid of it in a couple of days.

    1.pop it
    2.get a wet wash cloth
3.warm it in a microwave for 10 seconds or until it is hot
4.put salt on the wash cloth
5.gently put on the open sore for about 10 minute
6.wash your face about 5 minutes after this,-so you do not spread the bacteria causing other pimples.

This will help the sore close up,the next morning you can pull the scab off and it will be gone.

I have tried it to be sure and it works for me.

Cleanse your face with a acne wash (2 times for oily skin) and pat dry. then get ice (crushed is best) and put it in tin foil and fold the ends closed. Put the ice with tin foil in a ziplock bag and then get a thin towel and cover the bag. put on the infected area for 10mins. pop the pimples imediatly the imediatly after tht wash your face with the same acne wash for 5mins. pat dry and mosturize and wash skin regularly until the scabs go away. If you dont want to pop ur pimples then after u freeze them then wash your face with the same acne wash and then pat dry. then use a deep cleaning astringent ( such as clean and clear or neutrogena) and aply with a cotton ball all over the face. then continue washing your face for best results! hope it helps.

Try using white toothpaste, an actual toothpaste.(not a gel) Dab a little on your pimple or even acne before you go to bed. It might sting a little after you put it on but that means its working! It dries your pimple out and in the morning when you wake up, it should be less noticable or even gone! It worked for me, and now im doing it everynight.:)
