I think I have deciphered your question, and you answer it yourself, beautifully. People from other countries than your own may find your language difficult. Others may have a condition, such as dyslexia. The point the last answer made is that these people try to be correct. You have deliberately typed things incorrectly. I know this because you mis-spelled every single word, and I would not expect that from even a reasonable foreign scholar.
