Cream, or black I would say. Light blue is aquite a hrd colour to match up because of its pastel nature, so very bold colours make the shoes stand out, and other pastel shages such as light green and purple don't match. So go for a neutral colour that will go with most things.

I wouldn't go with white, a cream or ivory color would be nice. The obvious answer is light blue, but I am one of those people who has the uncanny ability to find shoes that match my outfits. I have, let's see, at least 6 pairs in various shades of light blue.

Depends on the occasion and the season. Light blue suit to a wedding/social event with people with some flare? I'd probably recommend something that would pop - like a bright patent red or lime green. For a more conservative social event - cream. For work, navy blue in a matte finish.
