  • I'm don't think so because just this weekend the other team changed pitcher's before me and all of his warm up pitches were balls and they still didn't change him and then when I went up to bat the pitcher walked me.
  • If he pitched in the previous inning then Yes he can be removed. If he was just put in the game then No, he must pitch to one batter before being removed.
