I believe I am sneezing improperly as every time I do it feels like I am peeling the skin from my chest. Is there a way to keep sneezes from being so ****ing explosive?

how can you sneeze improperly?? You just sneeze! Be sure to cover your mouth!!! LOL! It shouldnt hurt. Maybe you can try and stop your sneeze before it comes!

Sneezing is involuntary. If you are trying to hold it in, DON'T. And don't "hold your nose" and hold your mouth closed... You could blow out your eardrums. Everyone sneezes differently. Get used to it! (If it REALLY bothers you, check with your doctor.)

I get shooting pains down both arms when I sneeze. I sneeze pretty violently also, which I know entertains you to no end.
