I do. I pray when I wake up, when I go to bed, before I eat...and whenever I think about it. It's so wonderful that we can pray silently, and He listens! :)

I do not My grandma used to make me but its not something I have continued

I do. The most popular prayer before meals seems to be: Bless us O Lord, and these your gifts, which we are about to receive, from your bounty, through Christ, Our Lord. Amen. My families favorite is: God is great, God is good. Let us thank Him for our food. Amen. With love in Christ.
