Question continued: These underground caverns are extremely deep in the earth and are discovered all over the world. The civilization is eventually found to be a stem of our human race that evolved under the earth. At one point in the book, a group of female cave dwellers steal a boy from a farm and proceed to masturbate him in order to fertilize themselves. Any idea what this book is called?
