  • If you're a straight man love boils down to doing what you're told so you can get what you want!!
  • I know what love is and although I don't usually do as I'm told I'm happy to make compromises in life for the sake of one I love. If you meant do we know what love is or is it just something we think from hearing/reading about it - then, no, love is real and powerful and you know when you've got it - not just the first 'rush', that's different. For me, love is about knowing someone, deeply, intimately, almost being them and yet being yourself too. Complete understanding and appreciation of the other person and a wish for them to be happy is my idea of love. And true love never dies.
  • Love is a blissful insanity, cured by marriage. Truthfully, I always struggle with it myself. Every time I fall in love, I spend a long period questioning whether or not it is love. And yet, at the same time, I feel the familiar emotion causing a tightness in the chest when I think of the woman in question, or extreme euphoria in the instances where she seems to be interested in me.
  • No I know what love is. I know the feeling. When I was younger I thought it was something else, but somehow it just clicked.
  • Even Forrest Gump knew what love is! I believe everyone develops a fine-tuned sense of it. Learning how to love is one of the biggest parts of who you are. Nice to see you JJ :)
