From what I have hear and been told. It cost about $3000, including court fees and attorney fees.
It will depend upon a few things, how complex the case is, how much the lawyer will work it and then filing fees...
Straight Ch 7 is anywhere from $1,000 and up.
Ch 13 is $2,000 and up
Ch 11 (Business BK) is $3,500 and up
