Has anyone noticed that with my generation, born in the 1980's, there are many people starting a family first, then getting engaged?

It's the baby mama syndrome that seems to be the in thing nowadays. Can we blame it on the pop culture that promotes promiscuity?

In England they usually start a family first then finish high school.

Yes, or never even bothering with engagement and marriage. It's like they are doing it in reverse. And most aren't very happy at all and the children seem lost.
