After a front rotor and pads change, I've noticed a squealing sound coming when I slightly press the brakes. What's wrong?

The squeal you are getting is likely caused by the backing of the new brake pads. It is actually caused by the pad moving against the caliper. Some shops use a spray, or adhesive pad to prevent this. It may go away as the pads seat themselves in. If it continues for more than a few days, go back to the shop that installed them and let them know.
