first I would fire me a bunch of employees who not only don't know their head from their behind but could care less about their customers.. I would then take the employees that remain and give them basic "common sense" training..I would teach them math and definately retrain them in the fact that "customers are always right"..I have had a LOT of problems with ATT (cell and home phone) I had 6 cell phones within 2 years and they wouldn't stand behind any of them.. they kept sending me "refurbished phones" which worked for maybe 5 week and quit working.. and then they would do that again.. I finally just cancelled the service. My home service. I had for 2 1/2 months.. In that time my total bill for 2 1/2 months should have been $150.00.. AT T took me off my plan, put me on another one, charged my $113 month for extra services that were included for free with a $40.00 plan and then started charging me long distance.. All this after they sent a $200.00 payment thru the mail WITHOUT posting it.. To make a long story short, after $150.00 worth of credit for cancelled internet service and payment of $200.00, I still owe $80.00 for a bill that only cost me $150.00 in the first place.. (they owe me $400.00) Now i am in collections for REFUSAL to pay a bill.. They are totally incompetant..
