    Quite a bit of bad breath/halitosis is the result of an abscessed tooth. If you've tried brushing, flossing, mouthwash, gum, avoiding certain foods (garlic, dairy, etc.) and that hasn't worked, them you likely have a severe dental problem that requires attention.

    Eat good incase its from the stomach. Brush with baking soda along with your tootpaste. Floss and brush your tongue and if you got cavities than you know what to do.

    maintain good oral hygiene.....brush twice a day, use mouth wash and floss once a day and eat a balanced diet...drink plenty of water too.
