Personally Gohan vs. Cell was my favorite, frieza was kinda freaky to be honest.

I would have to say Frieza vs Goku because thats the fight that took the show up about 10 notches. I mean Goku is the underdog the whole time, then it looks like he finally defeated Frieza. But Frieza reappears and kills Krillin which pushes Goku over the edge into Super Saiyan mode. After that Frieza doesn't stand a chance. Gohan vs Cell was good but not as climactic as Goku vs Frieza. And Kid Buu vs Goku was great but Goku didn't beat him on his own. He had help from Hercule, Vegeta, and all the people on Earth. Besides, if it wasn't for the battle with Frieza, none of the fighters would have ever reached the power levels they did. There would have never been a battle against Cell or Buu or Janemba. Thats why Frieza vs Goku is and was and will always be the best.

i like goku vs buu cuz buu is my favorite villian nd duz sum crazy shit then goku frieza cuz it was the first time goku went ssj nd completely turned the series around nd last is gohan cell fight i didnt like that fight at all cuz gohan was just kicking cells ass everywhere the entire time cept for wen cell came back.

Kakarott VS Freeza for that list...but my favourite fight is Kakarott+Piccolo VS Raditz. It was pretty intense. ^_^
