  • Slop some meat on a piece of aluminum foil, generously sprinkle seasoned salt on top of said meat. Fold the aluminum foil in half over the meat and beat until its flat. Then gently shape the edges until they are completely round and fry or grill. Thats my recipe for the day.
  • Take a pound of Serloin beef(sp) and put it in a bowl, Finally Chop; Half an Onion Small amount of Peperocinie 6 Crimini Mushrooms- cooked and cooled putin bowl and mix as little as possible and don't squich too hard, then form into patties and make a bowl in the middle. grill pan on stove, broiler in the oven or my Favorite- BBQ. note- peperocini for spice, mushrooms for texture and onion for moistier. Enjoy!
