Italian. =) Mainly because I'm Italian and my grandfather cooks the best Italian food I've ever eaten.

They`re all good, it`s real hard to choose, maybe French or Italian, they are both good. Lots of pizza and pasta and cheese and wine.

My favorite is Thai because of the non-dairy options and all the veggies. Of those listed in the question my favorite is Mexican, because even though I try to minimize my consumption of it, I still love melted cheese. I especially love it with enchiladas, guacamole, rice, and a peach margarita. :p
