Its amazing how the VCR just faded out... We got one sometime in the 80's when I was a kid and thought it was the greatest thing. Now, most people have given up the grainy VHS movies for high definition TVs, and they buy/rent their movies in DVD form. Its clearer, no manual fast forwarding, no tape heads to clean, etc. I do however keep a vcr in my storage room just in case I wanted to watch some old videos from my childhood! ;)

You're reading I went to a video store recently and they only have DVD disks now. What happened to VHS VCR tapes?
