I'm sure she has supplies for you to use; the volume is likely to be small at first, but always have pads on hand as some girls have periods that are irregular in the first few months and years. Then just wait. If you aren't feeling well, don't eat too much solid food until you know if it is just a temporary feeling due to changes in hormone levels in your body. If you feel really unwell, see your doctor; ask for a referral to a gynecologist, if necessary. There are medications and techniques you can use to handle this. It's great that you are aware of your change in mood; this self-awareness will be useful in the future.
