rugby of course, no padding and your allowed to cleet people, i think rugby wins hands down

The hits are much bigger in the NFL but that is due to the padding. Rugby is undoubtedly tougher than the NFL as they have no padding and do not stop ever 5 seconds for a break.

Rugby! No pads, rucking is only allowed if you go for the ball, you aren't allowed to just stomp on someones head. The game also lasts 20 minutes longer with only one break at the half. There's no defensive/offensive lines, they all play both, so they're on the field much longer. There's an infamous "Battle of Nantes" where Buck Shelford had his testicle torn open by someones boot. I don't think he had an enjoyable game that day
