I'm old-fashioned, an old lady and very prudish, I guess. It seems so sad to me that humans find something like phone sex a worthwhile use of their time. I don't think it is the "next best thing" to anything good.

This is a huge business right now , it's a safe and acceptable outlet for all types of people and at your finger tips whenever you want and or need it. As far as being a good substitute , hell yeah. It's hard to find someone in your particular kink/fetish in a relationship if you want to be discreet about it.
