For me, it's being in a new situation. I get panic attacks when I have to go into a new place or meet new people.

Mine was meeting my ex wife's parents for the first time and then again, meeting my current g/f's parents for the first time. Worst part about dating.

1. Elderly people having a proper sit down dinner with very young people. 2. People that are "stuffy" having a party with "unstuffy" people. 3. Socializing with people that have no sense of humor. But all three of these together, and that would be a metaphorical hell. lol!
