About two days ago.

Burnt toast about three days ago. The husband set the toaster way to high for some reason and we always keep it between medium and light because it burns anything higher than that. I wasn't paying attention and then had to come running when I smelled the toast incinerating. It was a carbon mess. On a side note...it was amusing to see this question with Asked by Ash in Dinner underneath it. ;o)

about three days ago i tried to ash my cigarette and it went into a thousand pieces! Burnt my seat cover, my new shorts, and my thigh! Another great reason for me to quit smoking!

About 15 years ago. I put on 25 pounds of potatoes for potato salad. THEN I went to the store. When I got back, I checked them. They weren't done. THEN I sat down and fell asleep! It's pretty hard to beat the smell of burnt spuds. I didn't hear the end of it for about 6 months! I hope I won't do anything like that again! Thanks for asking your Q! I enjoyed answering it!
