Nope, can't say that I have.
-
Yes, twice.
-
No. It wouldn't work. I've been shown proof i was wrong, however, which I appreciated.
-
Not bullied, but I have changed my mind/views on something after hearing other opinions.
-
no. have you?
-
Nope. I don;t react to bullying
-
Yes, damn peer pressure
-
the only bullies ive come accross are the grammar police sometimes i just dont give a damn if my sentence dosent start with a capital
-
no never...bullies don't like me...I push back
-
Nawww... People don't care about my answers too much to have me change them :)
-
No ,can't say that I have. I am always been willing to listen to the other side and take all views in account. But its very hard to bully a stubborn Irish Okie, hey thats what my hubby calls me LOL
-
No, but I have several times been told over and over again that one of my answers is wrong, implying that I should change it. Even if it is wrong, I won't change it. I don't take kindly to people correcting me, no matter the intention.
-
nope and i guess thats a good thing.
-
No, not bullied. However, I've changed my answer after learning a few facts that changed my mind. Learning is a process that never ends until we'll either senile or dead.
-
Never. No one bullies me or "forces" me to do anything..now, if I get some additional information that gives me a new perspective on something, I may modify my answer in a comment but I don't consider that being "bullied"! Have you ever been bullied Kev on AB? :)
-
lol...lol.. no sorry I am impervious to bullies..always have been here on AB and in real life!
-
Nope. I say what I mean, and mean what I say. Hence the D'rs.
-
Never bullied, because I don't respond to bullying. However, a couple of times it has been pointed out to me that my answers have been insensitive, or jumping to unreasonable conclusions. In those cases, if I agree, I will gladly edit my answer and apologize to the offended party.
-
A few have tried. I even tried rewriting a few to be more "sensitive" and "accommodating" to no avail. That is why I turned flippant and sarcastic and refused to give straight answers to anything. There are true experts here in many fields outside of AB who have posted some of the most fascinating comments and threads I've ever read. Yet there are others who refuse to recognize science, research and years of academic study in order to put their views across. I applaud their single minded persistence, but it serves little purpose to the AB community. My humble apologies for the editorial.

I don't let bullies bother me and I sure as he** never let them make me change my opinion!
-
Not bullied, but have made to see that I've been wrong, or have just changed my mind anyway! I have had some interesting "discussions" though! I read through your comments and I'm sorry you've been made to change your mind - especially if you were only giving your honest opinion. I know how that feels - you get the response where they start to belittle and berate you for expressing what are your views - well, isn't that what this site is all about? Or did I miss something? Something where it says you have to agree with the views of the Questioner, or his/her mates, otherwise you're a moron? Anyway, I'm not getting involved, not my fight, but know I have your back too, K. Whew! ;p

Once, when I first came to this site. Hoping that this site was different from the one I'd been using, I didn't want start off on the wrong foot. Since then, the only problem I've had is with my questions. Hang in there, Kevisaurus.
-
No, bullying just washes off me. But I do appreciate when someone nicely points out where I was incorrect. And includes information relating to the correct answer. That is the only reason I might change an answer.
-
No, but I got D/Red enough that I edited it, so someone would flag it (lol)
-
No, never and you would have a very hard time trying because i stick to my opinions and beliefs
